Product Condition & Damage Responsibility

Every item is carefully inspected and securely packed before it leaves our facility to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If your handbag is damaged before shipment, we take full responsibility and will issue a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

However, once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit. In such cases, we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
