  4. Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all U.S. customers. Every package we ship includes a prepaid return label for your convenience. Simply attach this label to the package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
